Vintage TYCO RC ORIGINAL 049 Turbo Hopper Dune Buggy RUNS READ ALL!

Offering up an original Tyco Turbo Hopper RC. This is not the mini, slot, aero etc. This is the original! I've been looking at other listings to understand all this better. Condition wise the buggy is fully intact. No broken pieces. Battery compartment is good. Has battery cover. The tires are NOT flattened. It drives smoothly. Shows normal play use. I DO NOT
have the remote. I was able to attempt testing with another different brand remote from another car I am selling and here's what I got. The buggy is responsive. It drives and its fast! Since the remote I have is same frequency I can get some testing done. However, the commands do not line up. So for example, I push up and it goes forward, then if I push left on the directional it shifts into "turbo speed". So yeah, it's all backwards with the non-Tyco remote. Does it work entirely? Not sure. I think it would with the correct remote, but I can't guarantee that either. Neat vintage RC. Sold as-is.
