This classic New Bright Highway Patrol car is in very good pre-owned condition, just a few minor scuffs from some classic police chases back in the day. Missing battery cover, though was tested, makes sound and rolls (see video for more details!). The remote works, but the sound is staticy from the speaker under the car.
