Vintage 1988 Nikko Frame-Buggy Dictator Dual Motor RC Off Road Racing Car in White Excellent Pre-owned condition for age: Clean, Tested, Running (read below), no damage, minimal edge wear and scratching.  Some minor flat spots on tires from years of storage.  Control in excellent condition with original antenna which is straight and true Includes: Nikko Dictator Buggy with white body, battery cover, antenna, on band 1 Nikko Digital Proportional Radio Control with battery cover, antenna, and neck strap, matching band 1 Nikko Nikonica NiCad 7.2v-1200mAh battery MRC Power Max NiCad 7.2v 1400mAh battery Sanyo Cadnica 7.2V 1200mAh battery (yellow) Note: in pictures, this battery is installed in car Original box with styro-foam base in good condition, some chipping and wear from age. Original box top in great shape with some edge wear but not deformed, ripped or torn, one small hole on top Original Owner's Manual Original parts list and assembly diagram Buggy is in great cosmetic condition with minimal wear. Chassis complete with no cracks or breaks.  Battery compartment intact and opens / closes nicely.  Tires are all intact with some flat spots from years of storage. Antenna sheathing in great shape.  Decals all in great shape with no scratching and minimal peeling.  All battery compartments are free of any corrosion or previous battery leakage. Buggy has been tested and steering is working great, but will not drive well on a surface.  When buggy is held up the tires move fine.  Battery charge capacity is unknown but all were tested and do put out some power.  However, unable to fully charge to conduct comprehensive test.
