This started as an Original Gen1 Team Losi XX Buggy. I was building this to be a second vintage racer, but I am no longer involved with that. It's an original production Team Losi XX Chassis. It does NOT have the "STD" marker, that was not introduced until the Team Losi XXT Truck was released. And please note it does NOT have the mold separation in the chassis that was done at the release of the XXT Truck. The Servo Brace was updated to the CR Brace and CR Battery Strap for easier swapping of the battery. It also has the white front bulkhead from the XX CR BK Edition, and an RPM front bumper. The steer arms are the later production (BK Edition) in the natural plastic color instead of the gray from the original XX, but it's the same geometry as the original Gen1 XX Buggy. The Rear Suspension arms are the Gen1, along with the rear anti-squat plate. The front arms are also Gen1, as they do not have the sway bar mount holes that were later added for the XX CR and BK editions. The body is an X-Celerator Body that was used on the later BK Edition XX Buggy. I just liked the look better. The rear wing has Associated Wing Mounts to stop it from sliding, like the stock Team Losi Buttons. And the wheels are all original Gen1 wheels. With the A-7201 Narrow 4-Rib tires in the front, and A-7352 Micro Step Pin Rear tires. I am missing the wheel discs. I thought about trying to convert it to a shelf queen, by getting the correct serve brace and battery straps. Also considered trying to get back into vintage racing. I just don't have time for either right now. The outdrives show almost no signs of wear, and the tires are in good condition, but used. The gear/dust cover for the spur/pinion gear, is included and on the car. All the bearing spin freely, the transmission is smooth, and so is the ball differential. All in VERY good condition. Just needs Transmitter, Receiver, speed controller and motor. I left the servo in, since the ear has to be cut to mount to the XX Chassis. The servo is a standard Futaba S148 servo.
