This is a Vintage Kyosho Javelin.
I purchased this sample several years ago and the model appears to be all original and has not been restored and appears to be all vintage parts. Luckily the original owner stored it elevated so the tires are not flat spotted and are still soft.
This model has some mild wear on the bottom and the bumper and motor guard but overall seems to be in great shape with no broken parts that I can see. I have not disassembled the differentials, but they feel good and free spinning from external inspection). The heat sinks were relocated at some point towards the top and the wing was cut to accommodate. I personally thought the Tamiya Jegermeister decal on the blue wing was pretty cool. This version still has the chain drive and has an original "gold" Opinion House rear motor guard (does have some scratches - see pics).
Includes a vintage Javelin Instruction manual (this manual was acquired separately, so it is not original to this specific model)
