The Electrical control unit comes on you can see in pics. The remote works and connects automatically. It has two problems. The shock in the back Is broken. When you hit the remote it spins for 2 seconds, then stops. It will do this over and over again. I think it's either a battery issue or an electrical issue. It's extremely clean for its age.
