Major regulation changes were implemented for the 2017 F1 Grand Prix.
This electric RC formula car assembly kit features an original body that reproduces the all-new style with a realistic feel.
The polycarbonate body features a sharp nose and highly squeezed side pontoons.
Bargeboard, vertical wing and induction pods are also provided as separate parts.
The lower side of the side pontoons can also be split to create a more narrowly defined body.
In addition, the complex 3D curved front wing with recessed angles and the low-mounted rear wing are also included to give the model a high sense of scale.
F104 PROII chassis for even sharper direct-drive 2WD performance
The chassis is based on the F104, a longitudinally mounted battery powered direct-drive 2WD with a lightweight and simple double-deck frame and 3-position suspension.
Modifications have been made to each part of the chassis to improve the performance.
The front suspension is a linkage type using flat-section suspension arms with independent left and right king pin/coil springs.
Rear suspension is rigid type with T-bars controlled by friction plates and TRF dampers.
Equipped with an aluminum ball differential that allows tire replacement without disassembling the differential, full bearing specification.
The diff is fully bearing-equipped.
Also, tires are made of hollow rubber with a textured feel, and inner sponges are provided.
