My parts are made from SLS or MJF 3d printers. The lasers that fuse the layer of plastic together are more accurate than DIY home FDM style printers and produce a stronger part. My parts are made of either White Nylon or dyed nylon ( yes my parts are dyeable)
Due to manufacturing tolerances, you may need to drill out or clean holes, or slightly trim some edges with an Exacto Knife.
Some parts are also vapor polished for a smooth glossy finish.
