ITEM DESCRIPTION
This is a 1/10 R/C assembly kit of the Subaru Impreza WRC 2008, which went on to win 2nd place on debut at the 7th round of the 2008 WRC World Rally Championship "The Acropolis Rally of Greece," with driver Petter Solberg at the helm. The polycarbonate body realistically reproduces the 5-door hatch back's style and features separate parts such as the rear wing with vertical fins and the square shaped side mirrors. In addition, LED lights are installed in the front and rear metal plated light cases. Kit includes head (two/white) and tail (two/red) LED lights to depict always-on lighting action. With the fun-to-drive TT-01 Type-E chassis and the impressive body, this machine will remind you of the magnificent form of the WRC Impreza.
Enhanced Performance
The bathtub frame of the evolved shaft-driven 4WD TT-01 Type-E has its motor and battery close to the ground for lower center of gravity and optimum balance. Mounted on the bathtub frame are a fiberglass reinforced nylon upper deck and gear covers which improve rigidity, as well as a 3-piece tie rod to provide smooth steering action. The low center of gravity, great balanced design, 4 wheel double wishbone suspension system, and front and rear differential gears all come together to result in superb driving characteristics. Comes equipped with racing slick tires on the gold mesh-type wheels for enhanced realism.
