Rare LEGO City set #8404 - “Public Transport”; New In Sealed Box;

This auction is for LEGO set #8404 - “Public Transport Station” with 864 pieces and 6 minifigs (all city figures) released in 2010. The set is New In Sealed Box and the box is in excellent condition with a couple minor wrinkles.  The set contains an electric tram, a lime green city bus, an orange street sweeper, a yellow sports car, two stops and a kiosk and a green bike.  It has all the makings of a downtown street scene and has excellent playability for young kids.  The set has been stored in the basement of a smoke free home.  I ship via UPS Ground and I DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.  NO INTERNATIONAL BIDS please.  Good luck bidding.
