Racing Champions Napa 500 Program Car

This rare car was a promotional one from the 1998 Napa 500. This item is brand new in its original packaging. It is an older release so the package may have signs of shelf wear such as minor creases/scratches or price tag residue. I tried to take the best pictures possible to show the condition.
