Charger is vintage shop equipment that has been opened/repaired, painted and customized throughout the years.  Although I put a voltage analyzer to it and tested the voltage output, not all features have been tested therefore being sold as is, for parts and/or repair. Cables were cut, shortened and capped at one point

Electrical plug is a universal repair replacement part

There is a gauge/accessory/item missing that has been plugged

Outer panel was painted gray at some point
