It is new just that the package was ripped open by my kid. They lost the batteries that were included in the box and the usb cable as well. We never got to set it up for them since we never found the items that they lost so we are selling AS IS. I did some research and several websites do sell the batteries and usb cables that are needed. I did not buy them because I found it pointless to spend more money if I’m selling this pack regardless.
