Comes with everything seen in the pictures. One of the Carrera Mario cars is tested and working and the Luigi car turns on but I believe the battery must be low as the blinking light turns on for a little while but then turns off. The second Mario Carrera car has no light when I turn it on so the battery likely needs to be charged for that. I don't have the USB charger so I have no way of charging the Luigi or Mario car batteries. I don't have the remote for the Jakks Pacific Mario Car so it is untested. The two remotes will not come with batteries but they need two AAA batteries. See pictures for details on condition.
