Up for sale is this excellent Kyosho Ultima 1987 Kit #3115 1/10 Off Road Buggy Vintage RC car
This buggy has an aluminum plate /truss channel chassis (original chassis)
It's a little bit dirty. I did not detect any breakage, including the transmission. Application of 7v to the motor caused the motor to turn. The Futaba Radio is included as a 'freebie' The battery holder of the Transmitter should be replaced and it's antenna needs tightening. I verified that the transmitter powers on. The Ni-Cad battery included with the kit has expired and should not be charged / will not hold a charge. One of the rear tires has a flat spot.
This car is an excellent specimen to reinstall the receiver (included as a freebie, untested), Install a steering servo (included as a freebie, untested) and a new battery. You should not require any specialty replacement parts specific to the buggy, just reinstall the accessories (just as you had to when it was new) and you're off to the races.
