Hot Wheels TechMods The Gaming RC Accelo GT New Open Box. New but open box, complete but the pieces were removed from backing, i placed them on to show complete but they are not attached. Never used, someone started to put together and lost interest. There is no instructions for assembly, should be fairly self explanatory or may be able to find them online or video somewhere. Has an app to drive it or use car and play on a game on the tablet screen.  Cool car but box damage/opened and unattached items would be more for someone wanting to use it than collect.
