This is EVERYTHING you need to convert your stock oem engine into a  Hot Rod Engine be it for Racing Karts, Mini Bikes,, Drift Karts etc etc..  
If you are using the Stock Flywheel we suggest a max RPM's of 6500 Max.. These Flywheels can come apart due to excessive RPM's.. WE have another similar Kit with a Alum Flywheel that will with stand the extra RPM's
