Each set requires 4 AA batteries (Not Included) and 2 x 1,2 V No-MH batteries (included) Set is brand new sealed in box, so it’s impossible to tell if the included batteries still work. Condition: Packaging shows shelf wear and has a tear at top front area & a small minor tear on each sides of packaging as shown in pictures. Set is still brand new & sealed with tape.
