All little girls love to twirl and this adorable dress lets them do just that. Designed and created by Sugar Plums Children's Boutique, I take great care with each individual dress I hand-make. This twirl dress showcases Disney Cars Lightning McQueen on the bodice and skirt and two "tire" snap closures on back bodice. Matching McQueen Hairbow is also included.
Made from 100% cotton fabric, this dress is machine washable and very soft and comfortable for little ones.
